Important:

To make sure the shipment is delivered to your address without problems, it is important you give us all relevant delivery information i.e.

• personal data
• delivery address
• phone number

On the day of shipping we e-mail you the payment and shipment receipts.

Payments
We are located in the Netherlands, which is in the euro-zone. Therefore you can only pay us in Euro’s.

Amounts to € 1,500,- can be paid via Paypal. Purchases amounting to more than € 1,500,- you can transfer via your bank or transfer yourself via PC banking / telebanking.

All European banks work with:

• BIC number: Bank Identifier Code
• IBAN number: International Bank Account Number

You have to mention both numbers when you transfer via your bank.
